The Marketing class offered at Oregon State University incorporates a group project every term that has the students develop a product/business revolving around one central idea for that particular term. For this particular Marketing class, we were asked to develop a hemp based product/business. Our group chose to develop a line of hemp milk frozen yogurts and fro-yo shop called MJ's Frogurt Bar. We had to develop an entire marketing plan for the business. I chose to take it a step further by giving the business a brand identity system and designed visual deliverables (logomark, product packaging, brand guidebook, website, and ice cream truck) for the marketing presentation. The brand evoked a sense of playfulness using bright colors, subtle pattern, and hand-lettered fonts.
